Apartments
Our Villa has four types of apartments, twelve in total:
APARTMENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE (35 m²)
One bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a water kettle and a coffee machine on demand, and a balcony with the view on the sea.
APARTMENTS FOR 2 TO 4 PEOPLE (45 m²)
One bedroom, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a water kettle and a coffee machine on demand), a sitting room with a sofa which unfolds into a spare bed (for children under 18), a terrace with the view on the sea.
APARTMENTS FOR 2 TO 4 PEOPLE (45 m²)
One bedroom, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a water kettle and a coffee machine on demand), a sitting room with a sofa which unfolds into a spare bed (for children under 18), a terrace with the view on the sea.
APARTMENT FOR 3 TO 5 PEOPLE (55 m²)
One bedroom for two people, one single room, fully equipped kitchen (a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a water kettle and a coffee machine on demand), a sitting room with a sofa (spare bed for two children).
APARTMENT FOR 4 TO 6 PEOPLE (75 m²)
Two twin bedrooms, a kitchen (a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a water kettle and a coffee machine on demand), a sitting room with an unfolding sofa bed, a bathroom, a terrace (25 m²) with the view on the sea.
Other facilities:
- All our apartments have air conditioning, a separate entrance, wireless Internet and an ensured parking lot.
- The terrace of 60 m² and the grill area are freely available for all our guests to use.
- In front of the house, in the shade of the pine trees, there are deckchairs for relaxation and sunbathing, and an outdoor shower.
- Children bed.
- Home library.
- Storage room for sport and boat equipment.
- We offer laundry service.
